Cardboard, AzV, PET, PE canisters, hollow containers or RDF: with our customised channel balers you are ready for all applications. Austropressen offers integrated solutions including conveyor technology - from planning & designing to production, assembly, installation & training.
Our APK channel baling presses have succeeded in impressing even experienced users of recycling and waste disposal industry with the high quality, efficiency and reliability. Press forces of up to 150 tonnes and peak outputs of up to 850 m³/h deliver top results for waste disposal experts.
Energie AG Umwelt Service offers sustainable waste disposal services throughout Austria. The processing of 1,000 tonnes of material per month at the Ötztal site is optimally fulfilled by the fully automatic Austropressen APK-ES135 channel baling press.
As a major waste management company, Veolia operates its own sorting plants in Germany and manages the waste of major retail chains such as REWE Group. Austropressen's APK channel balers are successfully used at many locations.
Thousands of tonnes of plastics, PET and AZV, aluminium and tinplate, as well as hollow containers are processed at Nemetz Entsorgung in Austria every year, . This is done fully automatically with our APK-ES120 channel baler with a pressing force of 1,350kN.
We demand the highest quality standards for our channel baling presses, which are continuously optimized and feature pioneering innovations, patented solutions, and individual machine configurations. Our customers can rely on our state-of-the-art systems that are future-oriented.
The cutting system patented by Austropressen reduces material jamming, energy consumption, and wear on the cutting tool. The blades are designed with an optimal cutting angle to ensure problem-free and energy-efficient cutting of overhanging material. If overfilling or material jamming occurs, the automatic fault clearance (free pressing device) pushes protruding material away from the cutting edge.
The PLC has a user-friendly display panel that visualises the process sequence and provides technical information such as the number of bales, energy consumption, fill level, and oil temperature. It also displays fault messages with troubleshooting instructions. Additionally, it allows for up to 10 programmable pressure levels to optimise the processing of different materials.
Profinet and AustroSim are remote maintenance modules that can be expanded to offer fast and cost-effective assistance or internal monitoring. They allow for the transmission of statistics by email and monitoring of bale quality and energy consumption.
The APK channel baling presses feature the DRILLFIX binding system, an automatic and wire-saving device developed by Austropressen. This stable tying system ensures reliable tying at the optimal point of the compacted bale, resulting in high bale weights and reduced wire consumption due to tightly positioned twisting.
The large universally applicable baling presses of Austropressen AP range compact big bags, hollow bodies and sheet metal containers up to 200 litre drums. Our hydraulic reel splitting machines guarantee effortless cutting of paper, plastic or foil reels.
We get your waste in shape. The innovation, reliability and efficiency of Austropressen products have convinced even experienced users in all industries.
