Remarkable compaction power to deal with scrap metal
This compact, newly developed system from Austropressen utilises the power of 4 separate cylinders in each pressing cycle, resulting in excellent compaction, even with pre-shredded waste. The inner lining, made of wear-resistant HARDOX material, guarantees a long service life of the systems - despite the enormous pressing forces.
Models of DS-A 700 can achieve a throughput of 1600 kg/h and a density up to 600-700 kg/m³ with aluminum scraps. With tin plate a throughput of up to 2500 kg/h is reachable.
The scrap baler models DS-A 2200 process up to 1200 kg of aluminum scrap per hour at a bale density of max. 1100 kg/m³.
